Forums, surveys, themed subscription channels and blogs seek to interact with users in order to find out their opinions and needs first hand.

After creating the hugely successful Facebook page, the BNE is now opening a Youtube channel with videos on events and the Library's daily activities: exhibitions, book binding, restoration, digitisation, bibliographical treasures...

Also, for the first time in Europe, the BNE is offering a new service available from the Hispanic Digital Library. Users will be able to buy printed copies of the documents of digitised pieces, simply and easily. This service can also be accessed through the virtual book shop Bubok.
