This session is mainly directed at new users of the library. It gives an overall view that will enable new users to orientate themselves and get to know the basic tools that are available to them to make the best use of BNE resources: Reading rooms, collections, seeing original copies, advance requests, information on digital copies, copying and loans service, regulations of use and asset handling.
Users will also learn about the search options offered by the new automated catalogue.
