These are 2-hour long sessions on the BNE collections, access, general and specialised guidance services, information sources, catalogues, electronic resources, how to obtain documents, reference rooms, copying and loan services and help for research work on the topic of interest.
Along these lines and from November 2008, the following training sessions have been given monthly:
- History of the Press: Specialised training sessions addressed at researchers and teachers in the fields of Journalism and Information Sciences. They cover the library's collection of newspapers and magazines and the new tools that are available: Digital periodical and newspaper library, the newspaper archive viewer, electronic journals, articles locator, etc.
