In order to authorise public use of one or more works held by the library, and prior to payment of the established fee, the corresponding document should be completed, signed by both parties (applicant and Biblioteca Nacional), and submitted by post to the following address:

On receipt, the Biblioteca Nacional will process your application and, if successful, will sign the corresponding authorisation.
Once signed, you will be sent a fee quotation according to the currently applicable fee schedule. Once Banco de España has confirmed receipt of payment of the order, authorisation for public use will be sent to you by post.
