Autonomous Communities
The Autonomous Communities have designated conservation centres that select websites to enrich the online documentary heritage of their regions.
The National Library of Spain and the conservation centres within their sphere of competence work collaboratively within the framework of the Library Cooperation Council (Consejo de Cooperación Bibliotecaria).
Within each collection there is a wide selection of websites that reflect the cultural and scientific heritage of each region, such as those created by administrative bodies, political parties, associations, teaching centres, theatre companies, cultural and scientific institutions, brotherhoods, artists, writers or those dedicated to traditional music, designations of origin, carnivals, festivals, sports, trade, collective memory, the environment, publishing or design.
