This is the room where the Library access cards are issued and you can find out practical information (opening times, calendar, rules and regulations etc.)

Information is also given and you can enrol on user training courses, where you can learn how to use the Library and its services.

The card processing will be done online.

Once a request has been received, the BNE will contact the applicant to arrange the time of the visit.

The Biblioteca Nacional is a reference library; it does not offer its collections for home loans and users are not allowed to use its rooms for studying. Public libraries and study rooms cater for this need:
